“WS” stands for the Japanese word “Soku Sen”, which means “quick dyeing”. This textile was developed by transforming physical properties in the yarn production process. The product enables reductions in dyeing time and energy consumption, leading to decreased CO2 emissions.

Improvement in Dyeing Efficiency

Since WS™ can be dyed quickly at a low temperature, dyeing time can be reduced drastically, leading to an increase in dyeing efficiency of 50%.

Reduction of CO2 Emissions

Since WS™ can be dyed quickly at a low temperature due to its high dyeing efficiency, energy consumption is reduced and CO2 emissions can be decreased by 31.7%.(The amount of carbon dioxide emitted in the dyeing process is calculated based on the carbon dioxide reduction verification rules)
